Welcome to Galaxy Go ("Galaxy Go", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Galaxy Go mobile applications, websites and services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order — including as a guest — or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Galaxy Go is
Galaxy Go is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local businesses ("Sellers") and independent delivery partners ("Drivers"). Sellers prepare and sell the products; Drivers provide delivery services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Galaxy Go does not prepare food and does not itself provide delivery services.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Guest checkout is available for certain features (for example, sending a delivery or gift to someone in Honduras). Guest users are bound by these Terms.
3. Orders and prices
- When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase from the Seller. The order is confirmed when the Seller accepts it.
- Prices are set by Sellers and shown in Honduran Lempiras (HNL) or US Dollars (USD). Taxes (such as ISV) and fees — delivery fee, distance fees and optional tip — are itemized before you confirm.
- Delivery fees may vary with distance, promotions, and your Galaxy Pass subscription status.
4. Payments and Galaxy Wallet
- The Platform supports payment methods shown at checkout, including the Galaxy Wallet (a prepaid balance), and — for guest orders — bank transfer confirmed by our team.
- Wallet balances are not bank deposits, earn no interest, and may only be used within the Platform. Wallet-to-wallet gifts and bill-split payments between users are free unless stated otherwise at the time of the transaction.
- Transfers initiated by guests from abroad may carry a service fee, always shown before you pay.
5. Refunds
- If something is wrong with your order (wrong item, missing items, order never arrived, food quality, or the Seller cancelled), report it through the app within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds are credited to your Galaxy Wallet. Once a bill split linked to an order has been collected, refund eligibility for that order may be waived — this is shown clearly before you request the split.
- We may decline refund requests that are abusive, fraudulent, or filed outside the reporting window.
6. Galaxy Pass
- Galaxy Pass is an optional subscription that provides free or discounted deliveries according to the plan you choose.
- Plans renew per their billing cycle and can be cancelled anytime in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Fees already paid are not refunded.
- Gifted Passes activate when payment is confirmed and are non-transferable once redeemed.
7. Promotions, gifts and referrals
- Promo codes, gift codes, referral rewards and delivery credits have the conditions, limits and expiry dates shown in the app and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral or abuse may be revoked and the related accounts suspended.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including placing fraudulent orders, harassing Sellers or Drivers, attempting to manipulate prices, reviews or rewards, or interfering with the Platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Reviews
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove content that is offensive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the order, and may moderate reviews to keep the Platform trustworthy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxy Go's total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Galaxy Go is not liable for the acts or omissions of Sellers or Drivers, although we will always try to make things right through our support and refund processes.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Honduras, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
