What you'll need
- A registered business — or a valid California home food permit for home kitchens.
- A location in a GalaxyGo area — we currently serve Riverside & Corona, California.
- The licenses and permits your products need — for example, a health permit for food.
- Your own inventory, with orders ready within your prep time.
- A U.S. bank account to receive payouts through Stripe.
We review every store before it goes live and may remove products or stores that don't follow these rules.

We love home cooks and bakers — they're the heart of community. To keep neighborhoods happy and safe, home kitchens on GalaxyGo follow these guidelines.
- Keep your permit current — upload it in the app; it's checked before you go live.
- Set a clear pickup spot — your front door or porch. Pilots never come inside.
- Have orders ready on time — so Pilots don't wait or circle the block.
- Set reasonable hours — and stay within your permit's sales limits.
- Respect your neighbors — keep driveways, sidewalks and shared areas clear.

Every Pilot picking up from a home follows these rules.
- Park legally — never block driveways or sidewalks
- Keep stops short and engines off while waiting

Frequently asked questions
How much does GalaxyGo cost?
The GalaxyGo Business app is free to download — no listing or monthly fees. GalaxyGo earns a small commission only when you make a sale. You'll see the full details in the app before your store goes live.
What is the launch offer?
New stores can earn 0% commission for 30 days (up to $500 in waived commission). To qualify, reach these goals within 60 days of approval:
- 10 live products with photos
- 5 orders from at least 4 different customers
- $250 in sales
Can I sell from my home kitchen?
Yes — with a valid California home food permit (Cottage Food Operation or Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation) issued for your address. You'll upload it in the app, and we review it before your store goes live. Home kitchens follow our good-neighbor guidelines.
Who delivers my orders?
GalaxyGo Pilots pick up and deliver your orders. You can also offer pickup, so customers collect orders themselves.
What if a Pilot has to wait?
Please have orders ready within your prep time. If a Pilot waits more than 5 minutes past it, a small wait charge of $0.50 per minute applies, so Pilots are paid fairly for their time.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe, which also handles your 1099 tax forms. You can see every order and payout in the app.
Where is GalaxyGo available?
We currently serve Riverside & Corona, California, with more cities coming. Outside our area? Let us know and we'll reach out when we get close.
Can I add more than one location?
Yes. You can manage several locations from one account, each with its own products, hours and payouts.
